Meet Our Specialists
Mariah is a health coach committed to improving health and happiness through a holistic approach.
Mariah’s desire to help others and passion for health and wellness led her to the health coach program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Her time at IIN has proven to be a transformative experience and Mariah is dedicated to helping guide others on their own wellness journey. She truly believes that “the first wealth is health.”
Mariah grew up in Oroville and currently lives in Cashmere. She enjoys the outdoors and spends her free time camping in her Shasta Airflyte, kayaking and hiking. Mariah also enjoys running and practicing yoga. In addition, she is committed to advocating for regulation in the personal care industry, which she does through Beautycounter.
Mariah is currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and will be a certified health coach in September 2018. She also has a B.S. in Public Health from the University of Washington.
Olivia is a Certified Integrative Health Coach who focuses on the mind-body connection to transform your goals into reality. She is originally from Buffalo, NY, but spent 7 years on the northern coast of California where she developed a love for alternative health. She has a background in Ayurveda and Massage Therapy, and received her Health Coach training through The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014. Olivia is a mother of two vibrant little girls who inspire her to be strong, healthy and playful. She has a deep love for cooking, working out, nature and interior design.
Olivia's passion is to help people transition into a healthier lifestyle and make sustainable changes. She teaches the power of minds and the importance of awareness, and guides you back to your own intuition.
Arrow Grey is a health coach who follows his dreams.
From architectural draftsman, internationally touring musician, art gallery owner, and hula-hoop Guinness World Record holder, to vegan chef/educator and health coach, he has learned what it takes to make radical change, experiment, explore, and move through transition and adversity in order to find what truly makes a person's heart sing.
Through his experience at multiple award-winning, plant-based restaurants, and retreat centers, Arrow has mastered the techniques of vegan cuisine and has fully embraced the healing properties of delicious and nutritious foods. Beyond crafting food, Arrow loves to educate people on how to incorporate more fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and whole grains into their daily lives.
In his time with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Arrow learned cutting-edge coaching techniques, a robust knowledge of dietary theories and ways to apply his own life experience to assure that his clients meet their health and wellness goals in a sustainable and holistic way, which incorporates food, exercise, relationships, career, spirituality and more.
Arrow’s vision is to create a meaningful impact on the health of the world by guiding individuals to transcendent health, nourishing relationships and their true life’s purpose.
Tandi began her career as a hairdresser making people feel beautiful on the outside, but decided to dive deeper into helping people feel just as beautiful on the inside using the power of plant-based nutrition. She improved her own health and well-being at the age of 21, becoming a passionate foodie that enjoys sharing vegan cuisine with the world. She is a certified yoga instructor and health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Tandi offers Integrative Nutrition Support for Custom Cleanse Clients when they pick up their meals for each day as well as hosting the 21-Day Plant Powered Challenge that’s held twice a year.
Tandi enjoys being active in the community and local farmers market, as well as assisting others in becoming the greatest versions of themselves.
